Mechatok and Robyn have swapped remixes. Their two-track single Expression On Your Face / Fembot came out on 13 October 2026 through Young, with Robyn’s own Konichiwa label and Universal-Island.
On the first side Robyn steps into Expression On Your Face, the track the German producer made with Ecco2k and Bladee. It first appeared as a single in June 2025 and launched his debut album Wide Awake, released on Young that August.
Robyn’s remix adds a new verse and lends a hand on the chorus. It is not new to her fans, either: she has been performing this version live on her Sexistential tour.
In return, Mechatok reworks Fembot, one of the sharpest electropop moments on Robyn’s 2010 album Body Talk. Robyn has adopted his version as the opener of her recent tour sets, and Mechatok opened for her in Berlin.
The tour follows Sexistential, the nine-track album Robyn released on 27 March 2026 through Konichiwa and Young, home to Talk To Me, Blow My Mind and the title track.
