German futurepop project digital ENERGY released Echoes Of Tomorrow as a single on 9 October 2026 via Infacted Recordings, with an official video that premiered the same day on the band’s YouTube channel.
The five-track single pairs the single version of the title song with remixes by Funker Vogt, Nuquatron, Antibody and Wellencocktail. The song comes from the album of the same name, released on 7 August 2026, also on Infacted.
Echoes Of Tomorrow is the third studio album from the Thuringia-based project, which David Erdmann has led on his own since Bernhard Kupke left in 2025. According to Monkeypress, Gerrit Thomas, known for his work with Funker Vogt, Eisfabrik and Fictional, joined as co-producer.
Monkeypress describes the album as classic futurepop with modern electronic production, built around the motto “Back to the Roots of the Future”, with songs about loneliness, hope, longing and self-doubt. The CD edition adds two bonus tracks.
On stage, digital ENERGY are supporting synthpop band CHROM on several autumn dates as a three-piece, with Erdmann on vocals, a live keyboard player and drummer Christian.
The Echoes Of Tomorrow single is out now on Bandcamp, and the album is on all major streaming services.
