Two tour partners, one song. Aesthetic Perfection and Swedish synthwave trio Priest have teamed up on Rorschach, a new single out through Out Of Line Music. Spotify lists it from 29 October 2026, a day before the two bands head out on the road together.
The track sets Priest’s synthwave against the industrial pop Aesthetic Perfection have built over 25 years and seven albums. It takes its name from the inkblot test, and the lyrics are about being seen only through other people’s projections rather than as you really are. The single runs just under four minutes.
Aesthetic Perfection is led by Los Angeles-born, Austria-based producer Daniel Graves, with Constance Antoinette and drummer Joe Letz. Priest, a trio that includes former members of Ghost, released their fifth album Altered State Police on 23 October.
The joint Suckers For Punishment tour opens in Sheffield on 30 October, then plays London, Paris, Cologne, Berlin, Munich, Frankfurt, Hannover and Leipzig before closing in Hamburg on 14 November. Out Of Line Music has posted the official audio on YouTube.
