Copenhagen producer Trentemøller has shared Your Love Walks Alone, a new single sung by Sune Rose Wagner of The Raveonettes. It came out on 23 October 2026 as the third single from his new album, due 13 November.
The official description calls it “a gothy torch song built from layers of industrial-sized fuzz.” Wagner sums up the lyric as “a depiction of pure love slowly winding down and how it affects you in those moments where you realise you’re being ‘replaced.’”
The two go back a while. Wagner sang on Trentemøller’s earlier track Deceive, and they had been talking about another song ever since. This time Trentemøller sent him an instrumental, and the vocal came back quickly.
“What I love is how the vocal melody is kind of ‘happy’ in a way, when the lyrics are actually pretty dark,” Trentemøller says. “It makes for a good contrast against the more brooding, insistent sound underneath.”
The video was made by animator DACU. The song follows the earlier singles Swerve, featuring Sakura, and Terrified, featuring Jonas Bjerre of Mew, and all three are on the digital single on Bandcamp. According to Side-Line, the album comes out on the In My Room label, and a European tour follows from late February through March 2027.
