The Pixel Rain – Glitching Sky

The Pixel Rain release Glitching Sky, the final single before Áron Siegler’s debut album A Sense of Danger, out 29 October 2026.

The Pixel Rain released Glitching Sky on 2 October 2026, the fourth and final advance single from the debut album A Sense of Danger, due on 29 October. The Pixel Rain is the solo project of Áron Siegler, a vocalist and multi-instrumentalist originally from Hungary and now based in Southeast London.

The track pushes Siegler’s electronic side further forward, bringing futurepop and synthwave into the project’s synthpop sound, and he names VNV Nation and Chvrches among its reference points. The music is fast and energetic, but the song takes its time building.

The lyric follows a man whose real life gives him very little, so he retreats into a virtual world where he can be a more powerful version of himself. Siegler left that world undefined on purpose, since the escape can take many forms: “We all have things we disappear into when reality gets uncomfortable.”

The single comes with a visualizer by Sophie Maria Vickers. On Bandcamp it is bundled with the three earlier singles, Last, A Sense of Danger and Sacrifice. Last arrived on 19 June 2026 with a video shot in Hungary, and the album works through power, authority, consumerism and social unease in post-apocalyptic and technological imagery.
