Erasure have announced Radio!! Radio!!, their 20th studio album, out 12 March 2027 on Mute on vinyl, CD and digital. The first single, Wings Of Love, came out on 28 September 2026 after premiering that morning on BBC Radio 2.
Mute describes Wings Of Love as glassy synthpop, with Andy Bell singing about love, loneliness and gratitude for the people he has appreciated in his life. Vince Clarke says he was drawn to piano and acoustic guitar while shaping the album’s sound, naming Erik Satie as an influence.
It is the duo’s first new studio album since Day-Glo (Based on a True Story) in 2022, and it lands as Erasure mark 40 years since their 1986 debut, Wonderland. The ten tracks run from Baby On The Radio Forever to There Ain’t No Place Like Home, and the cover art is based on collages by Victoria Topping.
A UK and European arena tour follows in April and May 2027, opening at Cardiff’s Utilita Arena on 25 April and reaching The O2 in London on 12 May before dates in Germany, Denmark and Sweden. Ladytron are special guests on the twelve UK and Ireland shows. Clarke is the tour’s musical director but will not appear onstage, so Bell fronts the shows.
