The German dark electro veterans are back with new music. In Strict Confidence released Fever on 16 October 2026 via Minuswelt, together with an official video, and the band calls the song a first glimpse into the world of its upcoming album.
The digital single carries three versions: the original at 3:43, a 5:15 remix by Controlled Fusion and a tighter 3:15 take by Italian darkwave act Ash Code. According to Side-Line, the band has also put eight more mixes of the track up on its Bandcamp page.
The project began in 1989 as Seal of Secrecy and took the name In Strict Confidence in 1992, built around Dennis Ostermann and Jörg Schelte. Nina de Lianin joined on vocals and lyrics in 2009, and the band’s catalogue runs from the 1996 debut Cryogenix on Zoth Ommog through Holy, Exile Paradise and Utopia to Hate2Love in 2018.
Live dates are confirmed into 2027 in Austria, Germany and Spain, including stops in Vienna, Oberhausen and Benidorm.
