Silver Night Operator, the Seattle cyberpunk synthwave project, released the sixteen-track album Cast in the Ring on 6 November 2026.
Bandcamp frames it as “1 hour of dark circus cyberpunk synthwave for focus, coding and late night sessions,” built from rolling arpeggios, haunted calliope and “a carousel that never stops turning.”
On the artist site the record is logged as Sector 08 under the Unaligned faction — part of an ongoing megacity lore of hour-long transmissions rather than conventional singles.
The tracklist runs from “Null Admission” and “Rust Under Frost” through “Daemon in the Seams” and the title cut, closing on “Applause Disabled.” Newretro.Net’s The Rewind has already flagged earlier Silver Night Operator hours such as Low Beam and The Long Curve.
No conventional music video was found for this drop; the project’s official YouTube channel carries the long-form transmission mixes instead.
