Polish synthwave producers Cassetter & Cyberwalker have reopened their joint album with After The Rush (Deluxe Edition), out on 16 October 2026 on Bandcamp and Spotify.
“Beyond the noise, beyond the lights, there is still a life,” the release notes begin. The original After The Rush came out on 31 July 2026 through TimeSlave Recordings, released under license. This edition keeps all ten of those tracks and adds eight remixes, taking the running order to eighteen.
Behind the names are Warsaw-based Cassetter (Mateusz Wajs) and Cyberwalker (Artur Wyszogrodzki), a self-described synthwave, dreamwave and spacesynth producer. The duo frame the record as nostalgic synths and futuristic soundscapes, retro aesthetics with a modern touch and the warmth of real instruments.
The album proper runs from Left Behind with Out Runner and Moonlight with Sleepless-Nights through Between Moments, Downtown, Road Hog and Glittering Lights, then Irrelevant featuring Lebedev Sax, Rearview Dreams and Life Underwater, closing on a Timesloth remix of Glass Journey.
The new half pulls the songs in different directions: Modallias on Downtown, Cyter on Between Moments, RetroNight87 on Irrelevant, Atmolifter on Glittering Lights and Am0k on Left Behind, plus an After Night Edit of Moonlight and progressive house and melodic techno takes on Between Moments and Glittering Lights.
Both producers share the production credit, Cassetter mixed and mastered the record, and the night-drive cover art is by ArtfulImagers.
