Athens and Paris duo Sensitive Content have put out their debut album, Romantic Asthmatic, eight tracks of cold, wiry dark wave that went live on Bandcamp on 2 October 2026.
The pair are Manos Tzavolakis on vocals, credited on their Bandcamp page with vocals “and…trouble distribution”, and Alexandre Moreau on machines and guitar. They started writing together at the end of 2023.
The band calls the record “a dark sound nouvelle based on the human relations”, following romantic and sexual relationships from the start to the end. In their words it is “an accurate description of what we experience in our dark dead end times. Lack of oxygen and choices.”
The tracklist runs Grievious Blow, Knifer, Gynaika, Charisma Phantasma, Heatwave, Tu Veux Un Sac?, They Run and the near eight-minute To Telos. Their own tags place it between post-punk, no wave, EBM and synth punk.
A limited 12-inch transparent vinyl edition with an insert comes through the Italian label Manic Depression, and the band’s Bandcamp lists it as shipping on or around 30 October.
